According to the types of bearing, support roller device can be divided into slide-bearing support roller, rolling-bearing support roller and slide-rolling bearing support roller (radial sliding bearings, axial rolling bearings). Rolling-bearing support roller set has advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, small friction resistance, low power consumption and simple process, but because the load of support roller can be up to hundreds of tons, the required size of the rolling bearing is larger, which is subject to supply constraints.
