What we prepare for SCO Meeting

In order to ensure the success held of the 12th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the enterprises in Henan province had do a lot of efforts. 1. First stage customer service.
We will provide the super VIP customers service to all the customers who come to visit our factory during the meeting. In the end of 2015, Xinxiang Great Wall Machinery has updates the company VI and service. From the customers receiving to the after-sale service, we will do our best to satisfy every customers’ requirements.
2. First stage products quality
Not only in 2015, but from the foundation of Xinxiang Great Wall Machinery, we has put the products quality as the life of the company. Our ball mills, rotary kilns and vertical roller mills are quite popular in China and aboard. Especially the slag vertical roller mill, we carried out in 2011, has combined the environmental protection and energy saving. Until now, we has success construction more 100 production lines and cooperate with the world famous companies like Shanghai Bao Steel and Indonesia steel etc.
3. First stage technology
This November, our technology center has been honored as”Province enterprise technology center. We have pay great attention on the technology , and we have built the “Production-learning-survey”base with Henan University of Science and Technology. With the strong technology supports, we have developed more and more new type energy saving new products. In the future, Xinxiang Great Wall will keep the “World’s technology, Great Wall’s Machinery”, to provide best products to the customers all over the world.
4.To better cooperate with the implementation of the national strategy of "going out", The Xinxiang Great Wall pay high attention to construction of overseas service network. For example, Xinxiang Great Wall in a foreign country to set up the Talent reserve center, in order to the development of enterprise foreign trade cooperation ; In addition, Xinxiang Great Wall to create a unity, progress, dutiful and high-quality service team, to provide customers with standardized, specialized, diversified and personalized wholly one-stop after-sales service.
