Slag pot, also called slag ladle, is a necessary equipment for metallurgical enterprises of steel production. (1) Before pouring, use CAE software to simulate casting process, and carry out process analysis and quality prediction of the molding process, so that the casting process of slag pot is continuously optimized.
(2) Adopt high quality material with good plasticity and high melting point: ZG230-450/GS-16Mn5/BS3100B2.
(3) In order to ensure the quality of slag pot, CHAENG adds a certain amount of alloying elements in the molten steel, so as to improve its strength, reduce the deformation of slag pot during use, to prevent slag pot from overall cracking phenomenon, and increase the frequency of use.

(2) Use advanced equipment for NDT of the slag pot wall, the trunnion and the tilting mechanism, and the key parts can reach 2 level detection standard of GB7233-2007, or according to customers’ demands for specific inspection standard, design process to ensure the inside and outside quality of slag pot.
