1. Replacement of grinding roller
The grinding roller is the main rolling component of the vertical mill. Under normal circumstances, the grinding roller usage cycle is 500 hours. If the material hardness is large, the grinding roller can be used less time. Therefore, the customer regularly checks the wear of the grinding roller according to his actual situation during use, so as to avoid damage to the other components caused by the wear of the grinding roller.
2. Thickness of the material layer
The proper thickness of the layer and the stable layer are the basis for the stable operation of the vertical mill grinding table. The primary function of the grinding table is to support the material bed. If the material layer is too thick, the grinding efficiency is reduced. When the pressure difference of the mill reaches the limit, the material will collapse, which will affect the main motor and the venting system. If the material layer is too thin, the driving force of the mill will increase, and the grinding roller, grinding table and the hydraulic system will be damaged.
3. Timely replacement of quick-wear parts
During maintenance and repair, open the movable casing and replace the wear parts in time; the spindle should be rotated before starting the machine to check whether there is abnormal sound in the machine, and the problem should be dealt with in time.
