The main bearing bush of the ball mill is an automatic self-aligning spherical bearing. In order to make the globe bearing and the bearing seat uniformly stressed, it is necessary to scrape the globe bearing back and the concave spherical surface of the seat, and apply red powder to the concave spherical surface of the seat. The method of grinding the bearing back and concave spherical surface is to observe the distribution of contact points on the concave spherical surface until uniformly distributed.
