Structure of support roller and bearing for environmental protection rotary kiln

As the supporting device of the rotary kiln, the structure of the kiln support roller and bearing is very important. The support roller device bears the weight of the whole rotary part (mainly the rotary kiln cylinder, lining brick, heat exchanger, materials kiln tyre and gear ring), and enables the rotary kiln cylinder and the kiln tyre to rotate smoothly. The support roller device can be divided into sliding bearing supporting roller, rolling bearing supporting roller group and sliding-rolling bearing supporting roller group (radial sliding bearing and axial rolling bearing). Rolling bearing support roller has features of simple structure and easy maintenance, small frictional resistance, low power consumption and simple manufacturing process, but the roller load can be up to hundreds of tons, the rolling bearing requires a large size, which is subject to supply constraints. However, with the improvement of industrial technology, the rolling bearing will be used more and more in the supporting roller device.

Force characteristics are: radial force is large; axial force is also great comparing with radial force. Separately set the left and right bearing seats, radial bearings and thrust bearings are required to use self-aligning spherical bearings. In order to ensure the rotation of the two bearings are flexible, the spherical centers of the two bearings must coincide with the O point, for which an axial spacer ring is arranged between the two bearings for adjustment.
But if the left and right bearing seats are made together, can use the general thrust bearing instead of self-aligning thrust bearing, at the same time use double-row spherical roller bearings to withstand radial forces. When the load is smaller relatively, can use tapered roller bearings to support radial and axial forces.
