How to enhance the rigidity of kiln tyre, reduce kiln deformation

In mechanical design, considerations about sufficient rigidity of kiln tyre should be taken fully, to enhance the rigigity of the kiln body.
1. Select a appropriate gap between kiln tyre and backing plate, to make sure that kiln tyre and kiln body match tightly in hot state. Otherwise rigidity of kiln body can't be enhanced.
2. In the operation process of rotary kiln, although supported by kiln tyre, rotary kiln still will deforms. In the design of rotary kiln, should follow the principle that is that the rotary kiln has a larger cross-sectional rigidity, to reduce the deformation of cross section.
3. Other measures to reduce deformation of kiln body and kiln tyre: Increase the rigidity of the kiln tyre, and control the gap between tyre and kiln body in a proper range, try to play the supporting role of kiln tyre to the rotary kiln, and prevent the too-small gap between kiln tyre and kiln body.
