Heat treatment is an effective process measure to improve material structure and mechanical properties. Rolling mill housing belongs to a thick and large frame structure, and the thickness is uneven. The cooling rate is slow during the casting process, and the shrinkage is inconsistent, resulting in coarse cast structure and poor mechanical properties. It is necessary to improve the structure and remove the stress by heat treatment.
