On the 26th June, six members of the VAI group were accompanied by our company's leaders and technicians to the steel casting workshop. The customers carried out the complete inspection equipment to test the slag pots. 

The acceptance process was successfully performed and the 5 slag pots of first batch ordered by the VAI have all passed the inspection and acceptance, and are read to be packed and shipped. The customers are very satisfied with the quality of the slag pots produced by our company.

Slag pot is the key product of CHAENG. Since the first slag pot was exported in 2008, CHAENG has manufactured almost 50 types, up to a thousand pieces of slag pots, mainly sold to America, Germany, the South Africa, Korea, India, Finland, Netherlands and so on. The large steel company Mittal has built a stale cooperation with CHAENG for 10 years.

CHAENG has passed the international quality system certification and can implement international quality inspection standards. CHAENG applies advanced flaw detection equipment to perform non-destructive testing on each slag pot to ensure the internal quality. The critical part of the trunnion can meet the level 2 flaw detection standard of GB7233, or the process can be designed according to the customer's specific flaw detection standard.
