Steel casting are made from carbon steel and alloy steel through the wooden partten and  sodium silicate sand.Generally the weight of our steel castings are from 0.5 to 200tons.

Steel casting types：

Steel casting Quality Assurance:By certificate acc. to DIN/EN 10204 3.1(3.1B)  for each product.

1)  Visual inspection of surface
2)  Dimensional test  acc. to production drawing
3) Heattreatment recorder, Time temperature chart including temperature pattern
4) NDT, such as UTASTM A609  or equivalent , MT EN 1369 or equivalent , PT ect.
5) Chemical analysis
6) Mechanical properties in cast on test bar
